Thanks for your explanation, and I can now understand the scenario. For an uploader like me, this can also be frustrating, but can understand the pros/cons of both sides. In an SRU late last year, a package was sponsored and then rejected with no notifications, and then found from my original sponsor a month later that some work needed doing. Maybe there is a form of streamlining on this so that folks are informed, and not sitting there waiting for things to appear. The alternative is that I continue to look at the upload queue, and if it isn't there, then speak to the original sponsor on any issues that arise. I suspect the rejection reason is not formally recorded other than the email that goes to the sponsor, so would be difficult for the original uploader to deduce easily. Maybe there is an alternative way that this can be streamlined so us (folks with non-upload rights) can be more involved so that things are not missed and things can be moving quicker on that end.
