Use "ubuntu-bug carmetal" which will walk you through creating a bug on
launchpad (and collect logs etc), when/after creating it mark the bug
as security critical, that way the Canonical security team will get
notified and will inspect the package (and decide if it needs removal
from the archive etc) ...
(I doubt it makes any sense to report it to mozille, the package in the
archive comes from debian as-is)
