In https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.tag=python27 I only
found https://launchpad.net/bugs/685180 (3 affected packages).

If we upgrade to 1.1 I'm happy to test-build the other packages. If I
counted correctly, there's 79 packages that Build-Depends(-Indep) on
python-sphinx.
