Kubuntu packaging branches moved to a new super project for packaging as to avoid having to register 50 new launchpad projects every year.
This includes, but is not limited to: All of core KDE (i.e. KDE SC), Qt, QtWebKit, everything in the Kubuntu package set and various packages in universe that happen to be maintained by Kubuntu.
