Yes, the process is quite new and it might be it's not optimal yet...
What about watching how things goes for a bit, and see if in practice
there are lot of cases where a daily upload happen without useful content?
If that's a common case, I'm sure we can figure out a way to improve the
system to not trigger new builds for those (e.g have a list of files to
ignore when we consider the daily update).
