I wonder how that ended up on this list given that it's Py3-only in Debian these days (https://metadata.ftp-master.debian.org/changelogs/main/a/alembic/unstable_changelog, specifically the changelog entry for 1.0.11-4). It needs a merge/sync, of course - it's even behind Debian stable.

I assume there's no good way to differentiate. Yes, this list includes all packages which don't have the py2-removal merged.
