Hi everyone,

yesterday Joao Andre Simioni pointed out to me that the bzr command in
the Ubuntu packaging guide [1] does not work any more on Ubuntu 22.04:

  $ bzr dh-make hello 2.10 hello-2.10.tar.gz
  brz: ERROR: unknown command "dh-make"

Users try to follow the guide and run into this issue [2]. The whole
part that refers to bzr should probably updated to point to the
equivalent git workflow. Is someone willing to do that? I am willing to
review changes to the guide.
