FYI, although this is correct in principle, I was reminded today that
there's an unfortunate interaction with NotAutomatic, and so despite the
fact that I had been passing --all-proposed, the actual test runs were
picking up the versions from the release pocket. So the tests have passed
and are green, but the test results are actually invalid despite having the
correct triggers.

There's no good way to unwind these test results from the database so we'll
probably have to roll with it for perl and pick up any regressions in the
next mass test (glibc?). So it's fairly urgent that we get this fixed in
autopkgtest infrastructure sooner rather than later.
