Nobody else seems to have an opinion on this? It's feature freeze today, so as there doesn't seem to be anyone maintaining this delta, I propose to remove the deb and I'll file a bug accordingly. Users who upgrade to Lunar will be able to switch to the (non-Ubuntu-published) snap manually. I'll also link to this thread from the relevant bugs. If someone wants to prepare and maintain a deb that switches to the snap on a user-opt-in basis only, then I don't see an issue with reintroducing the deb with that function, though it would be up to the Release Team after feature freeze.
