Hey guys, I just read the log for your meeting, and I have a suggestion about the voting process.
1. Voting can't be done on Mailing List or IRC. With mailing list it will be a little hard to collect the votes, and on IRC not everyone will attend. 2. A proposed council members can nominate himself by adding himself to a wiki page. Like in the membership process. 3. Voting can be done with this website http://www.cs.cornell.edu/w8/~andru/civs/civs_create.html . The votes are anonymous, and it works by sending emails to those who should participate in the process.(This is the website used for ubuntu-council and ubuntu-irc-council) 4. Announce results on whatever date we decide. Tell me ur opinions. Regards, Ahmed Toulan.
