For Operators; A wiki page to show who has access to which channel will do the whole job. The main features that putting them in one place are; 1) Easy to contact when there's a need. 2) Provide some place that newcomers can take it as a job to get involved with the team work. 3) Know who has access right to which all channels, then to each channel specifically through the wiki page.
For Organizers; That came up when we had the marketing and arts teams, cuz these two teams will mostly work on events, so Organizers will take the event proposal as a chunk and split it into small jobs to worked out by each specified FG. Also, this will make a very good entrance to team work for newcomers, it'll be considered a job.
