1. Offline : By putting posters in universities with sister communities. 2. Online: * We should announce the new team structure on all our social channels. * Sister communities should announce it on their channels. * Arabic Ubuntu blogs should write about it. * All team members should share the announcement on their social media account. We should share the exact same thing at the same time to enhance ranking on search engine. Hopefully by the time the announcement is made our website would be up and running on our domain. Catchy slogans is a must and they should mention that joining the team is a rewarding experience and will help enhance their careers in both Arabic and English.
