@Toulan: ppl drop tasks because they are not assigned to it "concretely", not 
mainly because they forgot or get lazy.
Tracking vs Following-up: Tracking comes from the person/team who manages the 
task till it gets finished, while following up comes from the assignee 
her/himself, means, after the meeting, s/he needs to see that task listed to be 
done and s/he is assigned(means not to be forgotten).

  Meeting's action Items need to be assigned and tracked to get done, otherwise 
many of it will get lost and it's hard that one would remember to follow up.
