@Toulan: ppl drop tasks because they are not assigned to it "concretely", not mainly because they forgot or get lazy. Tracking vs Following-up: Tracking comes from the person/team who manages the task till it gets finished, while following up comes from the assignee her/himself, means, after the meeting, s/he needs to see that task listed to be done and s/he is assigned(means not to be forgotten).
