I totally agree with point number 4. As for the rest, I meant that he'd Kick start the planning process it self, not the implementation of the plan. it's just a matter of miss-expression :)
Anyway, in my opinion, the most important step to increase the number of members is sticking to the membership approval meeting schedule. there have been members added in the waiting list around three months ago who didn't get an approval meeting when the page says that they're held biweekly. The most important thing now is to decide when to meet. any suggestion?
