OK I just wanted to make it clear that we will contact them directly, and looking like the bad guys is not really my concern :)
Also, you didn't reply on the logistics part. The strikes sheet is getting pretty lengthy. Are we going to remove names from it ? I suggest we remove those who has 1 strike from 2 month ago from the list. Also, I suggest that we contact the person by commenting on the violation itself. That way all admins can see that this person has been contacted.
