@Toulan I am currently doing that, i comment on the post with a warning & a request for the member to remove the app I agree on removing names older than a month
@Islam the problem is, facebook group succeeded because it is easy, simple, no extra steps needed, just login, join group, start interacting, so any way of complicating things will fail So to conclude: When a member posts something from these automated apps 1-add his name to the document Toulan created 2-comment on the post by explaining what will happen if the same member posted 3 times, & put a link to the document 3-after 3 times, remove from group and till we find another simple way of handling warnings & the sheet, group documents will be the way so what do you guys think? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Groups in Egypt LoCo, which is subscribed to ubuntu-eg. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1077600 Title: Facebook apps spam in the facebook group Status in ubuntu-eg: New Bug description: Some of the group members are registered to some facebook apps that spam the group with scheduled posts.
