Update manager only launches daily if security updates are available
otherwise it launches one week after it was last launched, therefore I
am marking this as invalid. Bug 332945 provides more information on
this. If update manager fails to launch after a week or when security
updates are available then please reopen this bug, and don't hesitate to
submit bug reports in the future. Thanks!
