Hi Narcis,

Normally with meetingology. You can see an example layout here:
http://ubottu.com/meetingology/logs/ubuntu-desktop/2015/ubuntu-desktop.2015-05-26-15.30.moin.txt

IRC logs will also be available.

Although I'm not sure if meetingology is available for the #ubuntu-gnome
channel by default, perhaps some one can confirm if it is enabled?
