Pending of upload? Editing https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenialXerus/ReleaseNotes/UbuntuGNOME to create a sub-page (such as https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenialXerus/ReleaseNotes/UbuntuGNOME/Korean) should suffice.
