Σε τερματικό: sudo apt-get install startupmanager Αμέσως μετά: Σύστημα -> Διαχείριση συστήματος -> Start-Up Manager Δεν το έχω δοκιμασει, αλλά φαίνεται να κάνει τα βασικά.
