Status in “libnet” package in Ubuntu: Fix Committed

Bug description:
1. Availability: amd64, armel, i386, ia64, powerpc, sparc

2. Rationale: The package helps meet
https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/server-lucid-cluster-stack
blueprint goal. Needed binary packages are libnet1 and libnet1-dev.

3. Security: No CVEs

4. QA: 1 bug in Debian, no serious bugs in Ubuntu. Upstream is very active
(http://github.com/sam-github/libnet/commits/master)

5. UI standards: none

6. Dependencies: all in main

7. Standards: one minor lintian warning (W: libnet source:
patch-system-but-no-source-readme). Package is packaged with cdbs and uses
quilt for patching.

8. Maintenance: simple package, syncs should be enough

9. Background information: this package is one of dependencies for new cluster
stack in Ubuntu. Upstream was recently changed (mid 2009.)
