Affected here also, can't use modern resource agents (like pgsql one) on Precise because of this problem. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cluster-glue/+bug/939321 shows that "Fix Released", but the original bug description specifically mentioned Precise that didn't get the fix.
