Hello, Thank you for your report. There was indeed a bug that is now solved and that only appeared on tracks starting with no or very small change in position.
I intend to make tomorrow a new release containing all the changed files since September. It will be available from the GPSMan sourceforce site http://gpsman.sourceforge.net I attach the new version of the file wrtdials.tcl that solves this bug.
