Hello Sir.... I requested for the Ubuntu 7.10 ,20 numbers of CDs on the first week of Feb 2008 at http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu . As i can know from the site , my request for 20 CDs were approved and sent to the shipping company on 2008-02-05. And i received the show cause notice issued under sec 134 of the C.A.62 from OFFICE OF THE ASST. COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS,POSTAL APPRAISING DEPARTMENT,COCHIN -682035.And the offense is written as IMPORT OF GOODS BY POST WITHOUT THE COVERAGE OF VALID IMPORT LICENSE CONTRAVENTION OF SEC.3 TO THE FOREIGN TRADE(DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION)ACT 92 - PROPOSED ACTION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT.62 ISSUE OF SCN-REG.Hope Now you have enough details you require.Please help me out sir...i am scared....
