For packaging session, it will be good to have following packages
installed in advance.
devscripts, dpkg-dev, debootstrap, lintian, ubuntu-dev-tools. pbuilder.
Please note that even though pbuilder installation is small, creating
initial chroot will take lot of download time. So I am not
recommending anyone to that right now.

Agenda for session is this.
1. Explain basics of packaging.
2. Demonstrate packaging with the usual 'hello' program.
3. Explain other terms related to packaging like FTBFS, syncs and merges etc.
4. Try to find some easy packaging bugs to work on.


NOTE: Please keep the time in mind, 2100 (not 2130).
