If you will examine the headers you will see "to IPS Khurana <ubuntu-in@lists.ubuntu.com>" This bugger thinks ubuntu-in@lists.ubuntu.com is IPS Khurana
He wanted to add IPS Khurana to his network but ended up sending the mail to the list. [P.S. :- IIRC this is not the first time such a thing has happened.
