Same problem here, but i'm using BSNL broadband & using firefox 3.5. I'd problem in opening sites like iitr.ac.in wordpress.com/ ...etcetra I used google public dns as well as my isp's dns. The problem appears to be same with Fedora 12 too, but Mandriva '08 loads the pages with the same DNS.
