Dear Ram,

Thanks for quick reply.

See this news item as well.
http://www.thinkdigit.com/Laptops-PCs/Simmtronics-and-VIA-team-up-to-offer_5977.html

No harm in checking it out if you are in one of the cities.
As some one with 12 years of IT experience and now trying open source way to
make a living, I am keen to see Ubuntu succeed and to see what are the
possible options here for lay men (apart from very geek ones). I got few
friends across India willing to move to Ubuntu, but none of them are geeky
in nature, but just uses a PC for day to day life. But I do see most of them
struggles if wireless or wire network or something similar does work out of
the box.

So since I like open source to succeed I like these kind of offers to
succeed. So I would appreciate if you can visit one of these stores and
post feelers. I may try to visit one of the stores next time I am in delhi
as well.

Regards,
James
