Yeah. AFAIK we lost the approval. BTW I was pointing to the teams which Kingsley showed and not the Delhi and Tamil team. > And the Tamil teams have done a lot of translations work, FOSS/Ubuntu > awareness during Local events, they recently went for individual LoCo > approval and but they werent approved (I forgot why exactly, I believe > they dint have their events documented clearly or something). I have heard about them. Since I am not living there, so don't exactly know their contribution. I know more of their l10n work. > Nope not that Alan either, maybe you are thinking of Laura Czajkowski ? > LoCo council: <https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-lococouncil> Yeah. Correct - Czajkowski . I used to see Laura's post on Planet about these. Thanks for pointing that out. > Maybe the other teams could get approved before us? ;) We might not be the best, but I was only talking about the 2-3 team which Kingsley pointed out. Atleast we more more activity. :) > IMO, we could spend time actually focusing on doing LoCo work rather > than other teams. > We could, however, contact them and tell them to join us. +1 -- Manish -- ubuntu-in mailing list ubuntu-in@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-in
