  Also, Its good to provoke government saying what the Kerala government
have done.
The Kerala government have avoided proprietary softwares completely until
10th standard. Now the syllabus include Open office,Gimp,Python et.

 And I heard that the Kerala government is including only free softwares in
the laptops that are going to be distributed in( a few) selected schools{
This was inaugurated ~three days before}.The platform used is IT @ school( a
variant of Edubuntu).
