Hello Fabián,
I'm since some short time administrator of the translation team.
- OOo is translated (quite recently) by a dedicated team.
- Firefox translation is so new it doesn't appear yet here, the Firefox
translation is made by another dedicated team.
- Help and documentation is in it's infancy, a project on the long term.
ubuntu-eo.org has been registated for this kind of goals.
