Ubiquity upgrade in Hebrew has some glitch regarding the time display.
For some reason I can't find this package but I attached the screenshot.
(notice the word "hour" in the progress bar, how can I fix that? I may also
need to change the Plural Forms of this file, but first, I have to find it...:)
