Public bug reported:

I am reading the Ubuntu Manual v. 788 (as part of the "Show us ya bugs"
initiative), and in Chapter 2, on p. 33, I believe I have discovered an
incorrect information bug. The Manual states, "Use the Orientation drop-
down box to select where you want the panel to be located, and
underneath this you can set the desired width (in pixels). Note that the
smallest width allowed is 20 pixels." However, the smallest the panel
can go is actually 19 pixels.

** Affects: ubuntu-manual
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

--
default panel size is actually 19 px not 20
