in page 37, say:
"When you have finished working on your computer, you can choose to log out, 
suspend, restart, or shut down through the session menu on the far right side 
of the top panel. You can also quickly access these options by pressing the 
Ctrl+Alt+Del keys.

Actually you only have 3 options that are (a option to log out doesn't
exists here):

1) Shutdown and close actual session
2) Restart your system
3) Suspend your machine

That's all
