Bug description:
I am reading the Ubuntu Manual v. 788 (as part of the "Show us ya bugs"
initiative), and in Chapter 2, on p. 35, I believe I have discovered missing
information. It is also possible to add wallpapers to the backgrounds dialog
simply by dragging them there.
