Translation build is broken

Bug description:
I uploaded two revisions to the saucy branch (176 and 178) to fix the
compilation of the manual in Spanish.
One of the problems were that the convert_translation-credits.sed file
was missing, so I got the one from the raring branch, and Credits
looks ok.
The other one was that the build process for translation still used
xindy instead of makeindex, and it failed due to another file missing.
Both errors persists in this branch.
