I'm not sure why this is happening. I manually removed the duplicate
string from the 14.04 translation. We'll keep an eye on it. If the
problem persists, we'll see if it's a problem with po4a on the Ubuntu
Manual side or Launchpad.

Title:
Duplicate list of French translators in #1917

Status in Ubuntu Manual:
  New

Bug description:
  Hi!

  The translation credits string

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual/saucy/+pots/ubuntu-manual/fr/1917/+translate
contains two lists for the French version whereas other languages only
contain 1 list under "Launchpad Contributions:"

As this string is not editable on the translation interface, I tried
to upload a .po file containing the correct string. The import
notification says it has been imported, but the problem is still
  there.

I don't know how to fix it and if it can be fixed.

Removing the first part of the string in the .po before compiling
works fine, but it has to be done each time you download a fresh .po.
