I just added links referring to ubuntuusers.de for the german version,
so I think you should just add it. In the german translation, we have
both links to wiki.ubuntu.com (telling the reader it's in english) and
wiki.ubuntuusers.de. I think if there are localized support websites, we
should mention them, because readers who are not able to understand
english support articles need to google on their own to find the
localized version. Moreover, we translate the manual for users who don't
understand the english one, so we should link to localized sites if
available.

Also i would like to add two relevant question. On the learning more
chapters, should we add the LoCo community's forum in the ubuntu
forums paragraph since the reader reads a translated edition of the
manual and maybe don't know english.
Also on the same chapter on LoCo teams paragraph, since it's a
translated edition we can just replace the
"To locate and contact the LoCo team nearest you, visit
*http://loco.ubuntu.com/*." with our LoCo team's site (my language's
loco teams are two so i would add both sites).
Thank you for your time
