Well, mail on the list does have the List-Post attribute in the headers. Every decent email client should make use of that. E.g. Thunderbird automatically offers "Reply List".
Unfortunately some clients (and I worry Gmail is among them) seems to push people to using Reply-all, usually sending 2 mails where one would do.
