Hi Martin,
I think you have an older version of image-creator. Please go to http://moblin.org/documentation_howto/howto_create-image.php on www.moblin.org <http://www.moblin.org/> for latest documentation. Also you can get the latest version of moblin-image-creator (MIC) form moblin website. You can do all tasks through GUI or command line - it does not matter. There isn't an ideal platform but it has been tested well on Ubuntu Gutsy and Hardy. I was using the image-creator GUI, following the steps in the html guide. There are only two options - Mccaslin and Menlo. I didn't realize that I had more options. Should I need to the command-line installer so that I can select one of the architectures that you listed? I really just want it to run on a PC so that I can demo and learn it, so if there is an ideal platform for that, please let me know what it is and I will try it. I am working my way through the documentation here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UMEGuide Is there a better place for me to look for instructions about getting started? thanks martin On Tue, Mar 18, 2008 at 4:10 PM, Prajwal Mohan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Hi Martin, Could you please specify which platform you were using? There are multiple platforms based on Mccaslin (mccalin-lpia, mccaslin-lpia-ubunty-hardy etc).
