argl, I've been sending my last mail a little bit too quick: Keeping UVF for 
universe aligned to main makes sense for the above reasons.

However what I proposed initially was to move FeatureFreeze for universe to a 
later point in time. That way we can hopefully include more packages from 
revu into universe.
