Ubuntu repository has 0.16.5 version of GAJIM.
Debian repository already have the 0.16.6 version of GAJIM.
Please, upgrade GAJIM to 0.16.6 version on Ubuntu Xenial repository.
Because OMEMO plugin only works with the 0.16.6 version of GAJIM.
