This is referring to a third-party repository, https://deb.goaccess.io, and
not to the goaccess package in the Ubuntu repository.

Did you manually configure this third-party repository at some point?  I see
no evidence that the goaccess package is setting this up for you (which
would be a serious bug if it were).
