The warning is because your download URL is http, which is insecure against man-in-the-middle attacks. Running 'uscan' gives output showing you are redirected to https, so it seems using an https url is possible. But this is only a warning and not a blocker for inclusion in Ubuntu. > I also changed the upstream-contact in copyright to the author of the font. > Could you please review the package? > https://code.launchpad.net/~farsi-fonts/+junk/fonts-vazirmatn > <https://deref-gmx.com/mail/client/RRy7eofpEnU/dereferrer/?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fcode.launchpad.net%2F%7Efarsi-fonts%2F%2Bjunk%2Ffonts-vazirmatn> > Sure, I will be happy if you could sponsor this package. > Thanks in advance. Thanks, I have sponsored the package now and it has been accepted into kinetic-proposed. Note that debian/changelog of your bzr branch showed it was targeting focal with the upload, so I had to change this. > On Fri, Sep 2, 2022 at 8:27 PM Steve Langasek <steve.langa...@ubuntu.com> > wrote: > > > Hi Shafiei, > > > > Some feedback: > > > > - please create a debian/watch file that says where to get (updates to) the > > upstream source.
