Recording fails after an upgrade from Mythbuntu 25 -> 27. There are two
symptoms:

1. The mythbackend.log has a 'Failed to find Channel' entries like
these, in this case for a program on channel 1221:

Nov 30 20:43:24 buster mythbackend: mythbackend[3424]: E TVRecEvent
recorders/v4lchannel.cpp:375 (GetCurrentChannelNum)
V4LChannel[1](/dev/video0): GetCurrentChannelNum(1221): Failed to find
Channel
Nov 30 20:43:24 buster mythbackend: mythbackend[3424]: E TVRecEvent
recorders/v4lchannel.cpp:392 (Tune) Channel(/dev/video0)::Tune(1221):
Error, failed to find channel.
Nov 30 20:43:24 buster mythbackend: mythbackend[3424]: E TVRecEvent
tv_rec.cpp:3793 (TuningFrequency) TVRec[1]: Failed to set channel to
1209. Reverting to kState_None

2. Under Media Library/Watch Recordings, each failed recording appears
twice.

This system uses the 6200ch utility to change channels. It worked under
Mythbuntu 25 and previous versions, and it still works when run manually.

Under Mythbackend setup, the channel change command is given as:

/usr/local/bin/6200ch -n 1 -4

with a space on the end of the command.

Playback of existing recordings is OK.

Thanks in advance for troubleshooting clues.
