Title: Recommend packaging-dev Status in Ubuntu Packaging Guide: Fix Committed Bug description: The packaging guide suggests to install a bunch of packages [1]. packaging-dev was created as metapackage for this use case. packaging- dev is available in Debian unstable and will be synced to oneiric soonish (and backported to natty). Please recommend to install packaging-dev instead of [1]. If packaging-dev misses anything needed, please let me know (or file a bug against it).
