<jibel> toabctl, the main documentation for adt-run is its man page and the documentation shipped with the package autopkgtest. Otherwise I wrote some wrapper scripts to help with autopkgtest <jibel> toabctl, the project is https://launchpad.net/auto-package-testing <jibel> toabctl, and in the doc/ directory you'll find a file USAGE.md that explains how to prepare a testbed and run adt with these scripts
