Bug #1095513 in Ubuntu Packaging Guide: "pdf builds have blank pages"
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-packaging-guide/+bug/1095513

I've added a hack that adds "oneside, openany" to the LaTeX documentclass. Since
there is no *direct* way to add options there, I've added those to the
latex_font_size property.

The idea is taken from
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5422997/sphinx-docs-remove-blank-pages-from-generated-pdfs.

The person who asked that question says that after this workaround, the PDF
file "only [had] the odd-numbered pages of my document", so I want other to
verify that this is not the case for them (and also that this works with
different languages and Sphinx versions.
