Title: Missing information on publishing gpg key Status in Ubuntu Packaging Guide: New Bug description: In section 2.2.3, it tells us we need to import the keys BUT before we can import the keys, we need to first publish the gpg key. This necessary information is missing. Askubuntu has a good answer that is still relevant.
