Bug description:
In Section 6.4 [0],
This command:
$ dput ppa:<lp-username> hello_2.7-0ubuntu1.changes
should read
$ dput ppa:<lp-username>/<name-of-ppa> hello_2.7-0ubuntu1.changes
You can find out why the revised command is more complete from the
